Teacher Biography


Hello,

    My name is Mrs. Ella Frazier.  This is my fifteenth year teaching at Charles England
Elementary School.  I love teaching and I especially love teaching the children at our school. 

    I was born and raised in Bristol, Tennessee at the foot of the South Holston Mountains.  In 1998 I moved to North Carolina with my family.  My husband is a fire fighter in Salisbury and I have two sons, Michael and Eli. 

    I graduated East Tennessee State University in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.  Later I attended Catawba College and earned my master's degree in Elementary Education and as a Reading Specialist.  I also earned a certification to teach Gifted Students from High Point University.

    I look forward to many more years of teaching the brilliant students at Charles England.
